We begin by assessing an engineered drawing and the project materials to understand your objectives and determine the best course of action.
Once we have developed a production plan, the project, along with detailed instructions, is passed to a machinist who specializes in the required process.
After the fixturing is planned, the part is programmed, set up on the machine, fine-tuned if necessary, and then machined to the exact project specifications.
The machined part is rigorously inspected to ensure it meets our customers’ expectations and is then signed off before being moved to another department or shipped.
