We are currently seeking a talented CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist at Waycon Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, producing high-quality precision parts and components.

We value work ethic and character just as much as skill, as we believe that hiring the right personality for our operations is key to success. We currently have two openings in the machine shop and are open to hiring both a junior machinist and a seasoned CNC machinist.

Skills
  • Safety & quality first mindset. 
  • Ability to read blueprints and part drawings.
  • Mastercam and CNC machine setup (lathes and mills).
  • Troubleshooting skills for cut quality and efficiency issues.
Duties
  • Review drawings in metric and standard.
  • Program, set up and run parts on CNC lathes & Mills. 
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and blueprint accuracy. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area. 
  • Use of overhead crane.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Job Requirements
  • Junior Machinist or seasoned CNC Machinist.
  • Excellent programming knowledge.
  • Experience with complex setups.
  • High standards in workmanship, quality, and safety.
