Waycon Manufacturing, a leader in advanced engineering support and manufacturing solutions, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. With our team of skilled engineers and tradespeople and state-of-the-art tools and equipment, we are dedicated to maintaining optimal operations in our 33,400 sq foot facility.

We are looking for a candidate with strong planning and technical capabilities in both mechanical and electrical areas. As a Maintenance Manager at Waycon Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility. Your skills in millwright and CNC machining, along with your maintenance expertise, will be essential in analyzing and solving problems that arise.

Duties

Plan and schedule preventative maintenance for all equipment, machinery, buildings, and grounds.
Coordinate work tasks with production to minimize disruptions.
Ensure each system is operating at maximum output to enhance efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment maintenance.
Install and test equipment as needed.
Oversee building and maintenance repairs.
Implement and supervise all maintenance safety programs.
Perform other assigned duties, as necessary.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience working as a Maintenance Manager.
Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Excellent prioritization, planning, and execution skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
