Labourer Material Handler

Description

Waycon Manufacturing is led by a group of experienced engineers and trades people equipped with extensive tooling and equipment.

We are looking for an experienced Labourer Material Handler to join our team. Suitable candidates will require industrial yard maintenance and forklift operations experience, ideally in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Should be organized, physically fit, take pride in work and have strong attention to detail to be able to meet our standards in safety and quality.

Skills

Carry and lift heavy objects (50 lbs.)

Duties

Clean parts and work areas.
Ensure safe and efficient delivery of production materials and supplies to work areas.
Operate forklift, pallet jacks and other machinery including loading on and off truck.
Preparing finished product for shipping. Including sort, pack, crate and package materials and products.
Delivery and pick up materials.
Perform other duties as assigned/required.

Job Requirements

1 year’ labour experience.
1-years material handling experience.
Valid clean driver’s license.
Hold valid forklift certificate.
Hold safety and high-quality standards in workmanship.
Self-motivated and ability to work effectively in team environment.
