We are looking for candidates with strong planning and technical capabilities in both mechanical and electrical areas to fill our available Maintenance Manager position. As a Maintenance Manager at Waycon Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility. Your skills in millwright, CNC machining, and maintenance expertise will be essential.

Skills

Strong focus on safety and quality.
Journeyman Machinist or Millwright.
Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
Detail-oriented and highly precise in quality assurance.

Duties

Manage maintenance schedules for monthly preventative maintenance tasks for all equipment, machinery, buildings, and grounds.
Coordinate work tasks with production to minimize disruptions.
Ensure each system is operating at maximum output to enhance efficiency.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of equipment.
Install and test equipment as needed.
Oversee building and maintenance repairs.
Implement and supervise all maintenance safety programs.
Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Education/Experience Requirements

5+ years of experience working as a Maintenance Manager.
Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Working Hours

Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
