Colin is a highly skilled and dedicated Shop Foreman at Waycon Manufacturing, specializing in optimizing workflow and building trusted relationships within the team. With his strong focus on efficiency and teamwork, he plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.  Colin’s exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail make him adept at streamlining processes in the shop. He works closely with the production team to analyze current workflows, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement strategic solutions to improve efficiency. His ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective changes results in increased productivity and reduced lead times.

Hobbies & Interests: Going to the Gym, Antique Restoration, Travelling. Born and raised in Langley, British Columbia. Began working in the metal fabrication industry the day after completing high school. Attended trades schooling and travelled around the world. Moved with his wife to the Okanagan to start their family, and now have two children. Future goal is to travel with his family and have many exciting experiences for his kids to remember.
